An Introduction To Ki Energy...

• Energy in general can't be created or destroyed, and neither can Ki. Instead, it is transferred and moved about, or 'manipulated'. So from now on, whenever I say "create a Ki ball", I mean transfer your energy to form it into a ball.

• Ki moves extremely fast. While in a relaxed state of mind, if you turn off your lights so the room is dark, you will see tiny dots or 'fuzz'. These move about extremely fast. One moment Ki is in one spot, the next, it is in another spot.

• Ki radiates from Ki balls and beams. So for the most power in the early stages, it is best to fire it as soon as possible until you can control it better, which will happen when you progress through the techniques.

• When a Ki blast is fired at a wall, your body will feel slight tension to move back. When you end the Ki blast, the tension disappears. This is an example of the Ki energy.

• When a Ki blast is fired at a wall, it seperates and surrounds where the blast is hitting.

• Ki follows intention. So if you want it to turn around, it will turn around. Just believe.

• To practice with Ki, you need to believe in it fully. If you do not, it will make your subconcious mind believe it isn't the truth, thus making it nearly impossible to do. You also need a high stature of concentration and visualization. Here are some exercises that will help you.

Definitions

Ki:

Ki is the energy used to make Ki balls and beams. Ki cannot show physical effects of the damage.

Jing:

Jing is Ki, enhaced. Jing is not compacted Ki. Jing can show physical effects.

Tan-tien:

Your tan-tien is located in the niddle of the waistline, about 5cm in. This is the storage center for Ki. Otherwise known as the dan-tien, don tien, hara, dan tien and many more.

Concentration Exercises

  1. Stare at a candle's flame in the dark. Turn around so you get an after image. Try and concentrate on it so you make it remain for longer and longer each time you do it. Do this for as long as possible each time.

  2. Get an object and place it in front of you. Stare at it and concentrate on it for a long time. You might get a bit bored after a while, but it will improve your concentration greatly.

Visualization Exercises

  1. Visualize an object in front of you. Try to sustain this object for as long as you can without losing focus. This can also improve your concentration.

  2. Visualize a person in front of you. It could be a friend or family. Try chatting to this person. Like an imaginary friend. Visualize the person acting like a real one.

Tips/Advice

• Stay relaxed. Any break in relaxation will make things harder.

• Totally believe in Ki 100%, or else it will take longer than needed.

• Don't force things. It will happen in its own time - when you're ready.

• Try some concentration and visualization exercises.

• Have a day for relaxation. This will help your Ki energy rate to increase again.

• Do some aura seeing techniques and N.E.W.
